MatchCopilot Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MatchCopilot, including the MatchCopilot mobile application, website, AI-assisted features, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who provides the Service
The MatchCopilot service is operated by MatchCopilot LLC, organized in Georgia. For certain app-store and distribution channels, MatchCopilot LTD, United Kingdom, may act as the publisher or distribution entity. In these Terms, "MatchCopilot," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the relevant MatchCopilot entity involved in providing or distributing the Service.
2. Eligibility and age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use MatchCopilot. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that your use is permitted in your jurisdiction.
The Service may not be offered in every country or region. Availability can differ by platform, app store, device, or local legal requirements.
3. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity conducted through your account. Do not share passwords or allow another person to use your account in a way that violates these Terms.

4. What MatchCopilot does
MatchCopilot offers features such as Profile Optimizer, Match Analyzer, Chat Assistant, match organization and prioritization, and related AI-assisted analysis. You choose what information, text, screenshots, or other content to provide.
MatchCopilot does not require your credentials for third-party dating platforms and does not send messages, make dating decisions, or operate third-party dating accounts on your behalf.
5. AI-generated content and limitations
The Service uses artificial intelligence. AI-generated analyses, scores, summaries, suggested messages, recommendations, and other outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or based on limited context. Compatibility scores and similar outputs are informational indicators, not scientific measurements, predictions, or guarantees.
You should review and edit any generated message before using it. You remain solely responsible for what you send to another person and for decisions you make based on the Service.
MatchCopilot does not provide legal, medical, psychological, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
6. User content
"User Content" means information you submit to the Service, including profile information, prompts, text, screenshots, photographs, conversation excerpts, match information, preferences, feedback, and other material.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant MatchCopilot a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transform, and analyze User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit User Content. Because screenshots and conversations can contain information about other people, you should share only what is necessary and should not upload content that you are not entitled to provide.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use MatchCopilot to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, impersonate, exploit, or abuse another person;
- create, request, upload, distribute, promote, or facilitate illegal sexual content or non-consensual intimate material;
- create, request, upload, distribute, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexual content involving minors;
- upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it, or abuse technical limitations;
- use automated means to scrape, overload, resell, or exploit the Service without our written permission;
- use the Service to deceive people about your identity or to automate unwanted or abusive communications; or
- circumvent usage limits, subscription restrictions, safety systems, or account controls.
Our dedicated Child Safety Standards form part of these Terms.
8. Subscriptions, billing, and introductory offers
MatchCopilot may offer Free, Gold, Platinum, or other plans. Features, usage allowances, billing periods, local prices, taxes, and promotional or introductory offers are shown in the applicable app store or purchase screen and may vary by platform or region.
Paid subscriptions are generally billed through the platform where you purchase them, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Unless the store states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Eligibility for introductory offers is determined by the applicable store and the offer terms displayed at purchase.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the store or payment provider where you purchased it. Deleting your MatchCopilot account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
Refunds, billing disputes, payment authorization, taxes, and store-specific subscription rules are also subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider or app store.
9. Account deactivation and deletion
You may deactivate or permanently delete your account using the options available in MatchCopilot. Instructions for permanent deletion are available at Delete your MatchCopilot account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, in violation of these Terms, or in a way that creates security or safety risks.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the MatchCopilot Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the Service.
11. Third-party services
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, cloud providers, AI providers, analytics services, and dating platforms referenced in User Content. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices.
MatchCopilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by third-party dating platforms unless expressly stated. References to third-party brands are for identification or interoperability context only.
12. MatchCopilot intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation, and proprietary content, is owned by or licensed to MatchCopilot and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
13. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about MatchCopilot, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.
14. Service availability and changes
We may update, change, add, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the Service, respond to legal or security requirements, or adapt to third-party platform changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MatchCopilot does not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, that the Service will meet every expectation, or that use of the Service will result in successful dating outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MatchCopilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunities, relationships, profits, or goodwill arising from or relating to use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
17. Your responsibility for interactions with others
MatchCopilot does not verify or supervise people you encounter through third-party dating services. Exercise independent judgment and appropriate safety precautions before sharing personal information, meeting someone, transferring money, or taking other actions based on an online interaction.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest revision. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
19. Governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia for the Service operated by MatchCopilot LLC, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply in your place of residence.
