Delete your MatchCopilot account
This page explains how to permanently delete your MatchCopilot account and the personal data associated with it.
Delete your account in the app
If you can access MatchCopilot, open Settings and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete the account.
Permanent deletion is different from Deactivate account. Deactivation is temporary and can be reversed within 30 days; use Delete account if you want permanent deletion.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to the app, email support@matchcopilot.app from the email address associated with your MatchCopilot account and ask us to permanently delete your account and associated data.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Data deleted
Permanent account deletion removes the MatchCopilot account and app data associated with it, including profile and preference data, uploaded photos and screenshots, extracted text, matches, conversations, saved AI-generated results, feature-usage records and app-side subscription entitlement records.
Data that may be retained
Limited records may be retained where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or compliance purposes. Payment and subscription records held by Apple, Google, RevenueCat or other payment/service providers may also be retained under their own legal obligations and retention policies. Support or privacy-request correspondence and certain security logs may be retained for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your MatchCopilot account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately through the store where you purchased it.
